Shrestha Cloud Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was founded in Bengaluru in 2016. Since then, it has been fully focused on enterprise IT consulting — cloud, application development, cybersecurity and digital transformation — alongside training and placements, which is where Incrito comes in.
Our story
A consulting company that decided to teach
Incrito began in 2024 as Tekshiksha, a classroom in HSR Layout teaching the same in-demand skills — cloud, full-stack, data and DevOps — that Shrestha Cloud Solutions' consultants were already delivering for enterprise clients. In December 2025, as the training arm grew into a full training-and-placements company in its own right, it was renamed Incrito. The consulting-first standard stayed exactly the same.

Shrestha Cloud Solutions founded
Started in Bengaluru as an IT consulting company, taking on cloud, application development and digital transformation work for enterprise clients.
- 2024
Tekshiksha opens in HSR Layout
Shrestha's consultants started teaching the same in-demand skills they deliver for clients — the first classroom batch launched in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
- Dec 2025
Renamed Incrito
As the training arm grew into a full training-and-placements company, it was renamed Incrito — same team, same consulting-grade standard.
- 2026
The Incrito ecosystem
